Mushroom Pork Chops
 
This recipe is quick and easy, but tastes like you spent all day cooking it.
Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch garlic salt, or to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped or sliced
  • ½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  2. In a large skillet, brown chops over medium-high heat. Add the onion and mushrooms, and saute for one minute.
  3. Pour soup over chops. Cover skillet, and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until chops are cooked through.
  4. Serve mushroom sauce over pork chops.
